Just received call.  Call is from Ambridge, PA.  Redialed it and got a very quick busy which means to me that the phone has been disconnected.  How do we get these calls if they were disconnected.

Received very rude call (I wasn't unpleasant) from 724-251-6084 soliciting telephone services. I called back to report nefarious telemarketer to supervisor. Naturally no one picked up phone.
