Keep calling never leave a message and when I answer it makes a loud beeping noise and I can hear someone but they hang up

I was to be entered into a drawing for a $50.00 gift card. Then I was transferred to another operator to take a short survey, which was to sell me magazines. I told them I did not want any magazines and they hung up. Number was 724 221-7408 caller ID Greensburg, PA 11:22 am Monday Dec 21, 2015
