Call from this number revealed caller ID of New Castle PA. Answering machine engaged and call was then disconnected.

This number keeps calling but will not leave a message. I will assume, therefore, that is is someone I don't wish to speak with.

Called the number back and the number is invalid.  Definite scammers.

As of Feb 9, 2017 this number is still engaged in auto-dialing harassment. The perps leave no msg., therefore they cannot claim legitimacy even if they were at one time granted non-profit or political eligibility.
