They seem to be a loan place located in Illinois and the vicinity.  No branches in Colorado, so there would be no reason for them to be calling from a Colorado phone number.  I would suggest that you not call them back and file reports here:

I've been called twice in the last week by this number, telling me to call them back at 855-267-7451. They gave no name or any information other than the company and to call them back. I missed both calls, and I got identical messages both times. The voice in the messages was female.
