I got called today but did not pick it up.  Last week Kaplan University called me first by having 3 Asian sounding women screen my call then I got a professor typeand I told him I was disabled and receiving SSI and that I did not have one extra cent to spend on the college.  Now that Kaplan was unsuccessful in getting me to sign up i guess my name and number was turned over to Westwood, even though Kaplan U. stated in their e-mail that they woduld not share my name and e-mail address,  I guess that meant that they would only give otu my phone number.  I thank the powers that be that I don't get charged by the minute on my Boost cell phone.

First, they call and I don't answer hoping they will leave a message. They don't!! They will call 5 times in the morning and 3 times at night. Soon after I finally pick up and there was just dead silence and then a dial tone. They are this far from a good cussing out:) if you know what I mean!
