This is a Kaiser Permanente number.... They were calling to remind me to set a mammogram appt.

This is a Kaiser number.  They call to badger you to make an appointment.  They won't send an email instead.

This is Kaiser Permanente calling to remind me to turn in a test.  It would help if they would identify themselves at the beginning of the call.
