this caller called asking if I knew a person when I said yes she said this person was gonna have court proceedings against them but would not elaborate on what kind of proceedings criminal or civil and would not leave a number and accused me of being the persons father which I am not and has been harassing my sister and nieces

I had the same experience.  I received a phone call from this number saying his name was Joseph Calloway.  I felt threatened and harassed.  He said there was a legal proceeding against someone who used my address.  He left the number 8558540629 for a return call.  His number rings but does not pick up.  He threatened to send someone to my residence to execute a location order.  I called the local officials and they do not know who he is and said without a warrant he has no rights at my property.  Do as I did and file a complaint with the county and the Secretary of State.

This person has been calling my job also for the past 2days..harassing my Co workers and calling my niece who by the way is under age and I have no clue how he knows I'm even related to her. It's pretty creepy.

Same thing Oliva Davis asking for someone I do not know. Said they are filing in Denver County against a LaTasha Johnson who I do not know! I'm not returning this call. But left a 855-874-4282. I think its a bill collector not sure how they got my number but the end if the message said good luck to you???

Called asking for a Kate M... (couldn't catch the last name). They said that this phone number was verified for that individual, and they were calling about court proceedings. I insisted that they had the wrong number, and they finally gave up asking for "Kate"
