I have a Phone blocker that block scammer calls on my phone already so it blocked it but they did try to call my phone twice

I got a call from this number. Caller ID said VOIP CALLER. I clicked it answered but then hung up without saying a word. Not expecting any VOIP callers.

Received call without voicemail message from 720-799-0292. I do not answer unknown callers and never ever call them back. Block each one if possible!
