This number 720-722-2014 called three times in a 15-minute interval.  Googled this to be the (Colorado) John Anderson for Sheriff political campaign.  This number is now on my black list.

This Dang number called my house at 10:00 PM!!!!! What the HECK!! I have 3 small children, WHO the heck is allowed to call this freaking late?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

You should complaint directly to the person you listed called. Generally these people have web pages. He hired them to make the calls. don't fiddle with the middle, go to the top! Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
