I received a call from this number but did not answer.  Later I blocked my number and called back.  It didn't even ring before someone in India began talking "This is Eugene from (didn't understand the company he muttered).  Am I speaking to the owner of the business?"  I had my phone on mute.  He hung up after about another 15 seconds.  Massive boiler room sounds in the background.
