Get a call-blocking app for a smartphone.
For a dumbphone, assign the number a name like IGNORE

I am being harried night and day need no how two block these  it's been going on about a year .I have called verizon had 5 blocked and now get more I have pay .I can't afford that .but it's causing me alot problems plus sleep.
