I got a call saying it was from Sullivan Promotions, but they call a good few times a week, maybe twice a day on average. Haven't tried talking to them yet though.

received call on work cell phone, no message left. returned call and immediately went to IVR/hold with no introduction of part called.

Husband has received continuous calls and they have left no message.
We did mark it in the phone as a call we don't want to take instead of let us making us crazy in the future.
