Keep calling early in morning (8:30 am EST) and I let it go to the answering machine, where it just beeps, not sure if it is a fax or not. I have blocked the number.

The caller ID comes up as faxhalt.com.  this is what the webpage says:

Simply enter your number below or leave us a message at 303-732-3619, and we will permanently add your number to the do-not-call list. Most requests are completed within 24 hours, however, in some cases, it may take up to 72.
