Asked to verify an employee at one of our facility addresses to send them some Recreation Magazine. I told them I couldn't verify if they subscribed, would they like to speak to that person. They said no, they were only looking to confirm the contact. Kept asking "is that a yes". Finally they got mad and asked for someone who could help them, they still did not want to speak for the person they were so called "trying to verify contact information for".
