This was a wireless caller that talked quickly and asked "Is this the household of ______________. If so press 5, and the other option was 3. It was weird.

I was Sue P. in past, but, am now Sue H. So, I entered # 3. Called home and cell phone within one minute.

Call back gets "We're sorry the special feature you have attempted to access is not available on you line. Please contact your provider to obtain access." WTH? Don't know what it is but eternally blocked
