REALTORS BEWARE!! The call comes from a boiler-room full of well trained scammers that are attempting to get you to pay them $449.00 so that they in turn will assign you foreclosures to handle for them. If you ask them for property address's of foreclosures in your area that they are currently handling, they will give you address's of property that have NOT EVEN been foreclosed upon yet. Before you contribute almost $500.00 of your money to a scammer, consider giving it to a good cause, such as St. Jude's or Shriner's Hospital. Both of the aforementioned do wonderful things.
