They messaged me responding to my ad on kiji looking for a place to live.  They offered a home for rent and wanted to set up an rental agreement with me. Said they were out of the country on a Unicef mission and wanted it rented out while they were away. When I drove by the property I called the property rental company on the sign on the property and they didn't know who this person was and the rent for the property was much higher as it was in a very prominent area.  If it looks to good to be true chances are it is! Buyer be ware!
