Yes, and she was implying a veiled threat after being told you have NO income, and you are under NO obligation to continue talking to a professional dunner who does not comprehend (nor care) about the fact you do NOT have the money to give them. If you did, she would not be calling to begin with.

I feel for you. I have been out of work for two years (after working for the past 40), and my unemployment was exhausted weeks ago. When you get to this stage, you do what you have to do in order to survive. If that letter doesn't work and they continue hassling you, tell them you are going to file for bankruptcy and they won't get shyt.

These people called my job and my job told them that personal calls can not be received at wor and that I was not there. The person said it must be nice not to work all the time an that if they did receive a call back from me today they would keep trying. Ioo just happened to call in to get my messages an this what I heard. These people will make me loose my job by harrassment.
