This number keeps calling. Never leaves a message. Even called an old landlord of mine from 3 years ago. I don't have a Target credit card so not sure. Seems a little  shady to me.

This is a Collection Agency for Target Credit Card.  Very rude and does not identify themselves, and threatens immediately.

I have never had a target credit card and this caller demanded my the last 4 digits of my social security.  Extremely rude.
