Called my cell, I didn't recognize the number so didn't answer. No message left.

Just one more of an apparently never-ending series of calls from phone numbers we don't know. Did not answer and, not at all a surprise, no message left.

Called at 7:10pm. I called the number back from another phone and got a recording saying " this number is no longer in service". So sick of getting hang up calls. I am on the do not call list.

Unfortunately, scammers don't abide by the DNC list. The number is not in service so what we are seeing is a spoofed number. That automatically spells scam. No legitimate company hides their identity behind a spoofed number. Block the number and never think about them again.
