asks for the owner by name, will not give you any info except that it is about a project, so I ask if needs pricing, no,do you need scheduling, no i just need to talk to owner (by name)

if you are a genuine contractor you will talk to anyone that can help you
if you ask for the owner you are either a salesman trying to sell something or a funding company
