When I answered this, there was a delay, then a female voice apologized, said something had happened with her headset.  She then started a spiel about us having stayed at "one of our resorts", and they had some special deal.  She did not identify what "resort" it was, or what the company was during the part of the message I heard.  When I tried to interrupt, the message just kept going.  I also tried hitting buttons, with no effect.  It seems this was not, as it tried to pretend, a live person.  It was just a recorded message from an autodialer setup.  I've blocked the number through our provider (Ooma), and recommend others do the same.  We're on both the national and Colorado no-call lists, but these have no teeth and don't seem to deter telemarketers at all.  We need stronger laws, with easy processes for the recipients of illegal calls to report the calls and have large fines assessed against the perpetrators.  We also need expanded lists, to allow opting out of political, charity, and "survey" calls.  Nobody's right to free speech includes the right to call me against my will.

This was on my caller ID as a missed call.   They left no message but caller ID says Ron Mexico.  Now blocked.
