This guy keeps calling - Charles, with the Phoenix Group.  He gets pushier and more aggressive each time he calls.  Even if we needed serviced similar to what he provides, we definitely wouldn't use him.  He has obtained information regarding an old tax lien, from a previous company.  Actually, threatened to have out business shut down if the owner didn't return him call.  First off, if this were legit - he would at least know the owners' name!

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Just got a phone call from this number 9:50 am. SCAM... wanted to know if I knew that our company had a tax lien and wanted to speak with the person that handled our taxes. I simply replied no was not aware and we have a CPA that handles our taxes. I told him that if he had information of a tax lien against my company I would need for him to certify mail me the information and or email to me before I went any further with the conversation. He then tried to portray himself as an IRS agent, but as I persisted with my aggressive tone and questions, his aggressive tone changed and then he proceeded to tell me that he worked with a company by the name of Phoenix Group that handles tax issues; he had received information that our company had a tax lien, but "APPARENTLY IT IS INCORRECT and he would remove our number from his list". You know these bottom dwellers are getting better and better in trying to deceive good hard working people with their malicious criminal intentions. I am SICK of it, these people are criminals and I hope nothing but the worst comes to these people's lives...and I am using kind words. I have decided that I am not going to let these people scare and bully me on the phone, I get right back at them with the same crap they are trying to dish out to me, I use it as sort of a stress relief, and it works!
