These hacks called me at 8:30 am and an electronic voice asked for me by name. Then nothing more. Just hang up. Caller id says "Charity".

Received a call from this number during the evening July 31, 2014. The caller let the phone ring for 10 minutes until I finally pulled the cord. When I plugged wall cord back in the phone was still ringing. I picked up the receiver and there was no response.

I received a call today - no message left.
Previously, however, I have received calls with caller name = "I" from the Fraternal Order of Police - a union fundraising outfit, with notoriously aggressive tactics.

They called a few weeks ago and they were from the police dept, ...wanting money...They called again today and said they were fire fighters wanting money.It was the same guy both times.
