Called twice in 5 minutes. No message.

Got call from this number that went into my cell phone and I was charged for it even though I didn't answer. No caller ID.

Don't be a douche nozzle, if you call them back, they know they've got a working number and the calls will never stop. As far as debt collections, any reputable collections agency will leave a message for you to call them back, otherwise, it's probably one of those fly by night charge off companies owned by thugs. I don't blame people for not wanting to deal with those scumbags.
