DO NOT ANSWER THEM.  I made the pricey mistake of answering the call and it's a SCAM.  they call saying you have an unpaid debt and want you to set up a payment arrangement with them.  I have since contacted the Colorado Attorney General's office.  If they call again and tell you who they are, I would report it to the Attorney General's office.  they are in the process of investigating this fraudulent company.

The number rang in as 'Peak Resolution' and they were calling to let me know they were issuing a subpoena for me. Only problem is they are asking for someone I don't know (but same last name as me). I picked up the phone halfway through to let her know she has the wrong number. Sometime long ago this person got connected with me and so I keep getting threatening calls about arrest and court. You would think they would at least get the real scoop before they start calling innocent folks and scaring the crap out of them. As I am writing this, they just called back again asking for the same person. Wish they would stop!!

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.
