I received the same phone call with an address that I don't recall. Should I be worried cause I never barrow ed money from loan net.

I got a call from this #,with someone telling me that "SOMEONE" filed a Civil case against me. An they wanted either my work or home address to send me my papers.....IDK ABOUT THIS, anybody else???

PLEASE DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THIS CALL. IT'S A SCAM. It was an automated message from someone named Charlene Kristen or Christie for someone named Richard Bay stating that they had papers to serve Richard Bay. Obviously this is spam or a scam intended to get information out of a few very unlucky people who are scared by this type of phone call into sharing some information with them. Nobody calls to ask you to give them information to serve you a subpoena. They just serve you! These morons do not deserve a second of your time or energy. Block the number and disregard.
