This is the Division of pre trial processing. (A division of what company idiot... WTF?)

We have received an order for two allegation's to be filed against you immediately with the county clerk's office. (Umm yea sure, it don't work that way in Texas. And you sure as hell don't warn someone, you just do it!)

This department will be actively pursuing you at your place of employment and your residence. (Yea right, go for it, you are calling an old number I had ported to Google quite some time ago and no one, and I mean no one, knows my employers info!)

You do have the legal right to resolve this case with the plaintiff outside of court,  Please understand that once you are located you forfeit that right. (Umm since when? You idiots obviously don't know the law at all!)

I suddenly started getting these calls shortly after I had submitted resumes at several different places. I assume that is where they got my number. They probably assume someone looking for work would be more likely to have outstanding debts and believe that someone is looking for them.
