Robo call, no identification as to who was contacting me or the company they were calling from. The name, account and contact number were all culled from a different robo call source... ie, there was a long pause for any name, any account number and any contact number to be inserted. Whatever was inserted was in a different computer generated voice. How convenient, these thieving, grifting jerks can mass market it to a whole slew of other jerks. Don't answer, don't call back. 100% scam and phishing. I have gotten this EXACT same call across the US from the west to east coast. If anyone is stressing and worried, please don't. If you were going to be served you wouldn't be notified first and there is no way anyone can serve you for a falsified debt. Doesn't work like that, nor could they use "faxed" documents if they were going to serve you. What you can do is contact the FTC and submit a complaint (link below).
