Robocall with a recording message about wanting to lower my credit card rate.   So I pressed the number for a live operator which sounded like the same foreigner in the past.   So I had my air horn in hand and blasted him.   I have to admit I don't get near as many robocalls or Microsoft computer techs as I use to since I started blasting them in their ears.    They do not pay any attention to the "Put me on their Do Not Call" list.  They don't even pay any attention to the "National Do Not Call" registry either.
