The DNC is to stop legit telemarketers. It does absolutely nothing about scammers. They are not legit, so they don't follow DNC guidelines.

NEVER press anything or call the number back. Once you do that, they then know you have a legit working number. They will call more and also give your number to other scammers. Just block the number
