The caller is an automated recording regarding registering for Life Insurance in case of an unplanned/unexpected death.

So tired of these annoying calls. Telemarketing scam. I don't understand how they get my number.

So sick of these people!  Probably Hillary trying to get MORE money, since she's not going to get $400,000/year now.  IDK.  Note:  NEVER put your number into the Federal Do Not Call Registry!!!  EVER!  They actually sell these lists TO telemarketers!  I have unlimited blocking.  So, I don't care.  I NEVER ANSWER!

They just dial numbers- by the hundreds, by the thousands-you and I just happened to get picked. They don't care who they [***], they will find a sucker and make their money.
