By chance, did your father's death involve a stay at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs.  We received a note from Nick and Megan Evans with the same phone number.  "My wife and I are interested in buying your house at ....  We are fine buying in as is condition."   The note is "written" in a font made to look as though it's hand written.
