No. They already had it. They verified the info at the beginning of the call. I didnt have to give them anything. The predators are these payday companies. There interest rates are outragous.. Never apply for loan. There are hidden fees thru these argeements if you get approved or denied.

Got the same message by 2 different people. They never stated my name in the phone call. That is why I think it is a scam. I have been scammed so many times lately. Not falling for it. Don't call them back.

I received a call from this number and they stated that they have my name and ss# and there is some kind of case that has been downloaded in my country. well I went to the district attorney office and now they have a recording on my phone this is a scam whatever you do do not call the number.

when you default on a contract to repay a loan, the banking information left as collateral for the funds is considered and EFT. electronic funds transfer. so basically because it's not illegal to not pay a payday loan back the payday loan companies are tired of loosing money so they have found a new way to retrieve their funds. filing felony check fraud charges to recover their losses. it's perfectly legal and if the amount owed is above the felony check fraud amount then they can pursue you and you CAN be prosecuted. its not about the loan at that point. its about the banking information that you left that didnt work.
