Music playing in background no one speaks very annoying

Getting several calls a day with just music.  If I find you, I'm gonna break your neck, [***]!

These guys are doing something very sneaky!!  Their computer system matches your area code so you are more likely to answer!!  That is what they actually told me.  I filled out something online a few days ago regarding finding cheaper auto insurance.  This company looks for the cheapest rates for you.  They told me that they don't get paid by how much coverage they get me to buy, but rather by the hour, so I should trust them.  However, they did give me the number and extension to reach the same guy in case I changed my mind AND they called at least once more today (maybe twice from another number)!  Sneaky [***]!

I too requested insurance quotes and get calls from this # 4x or more per day starting at 8am. Never leaves a message. I am about to let my Rottweiler answer.

I answered the first time. It's a response to an online inquiry to lower auto insurance. The guy said other agents would be calling and now the phone rings every 5 minutes or so, over and over! Argh!
