I received this same text yesterday from another phone number (a text regarding confirming some Healthgrades survey). What ever it is, DON'T respond in any way to this BS attempt to screw you. These people should be hunted down and buried under the prison. I don't believe for a second that this is legitimate as Alek Osinski asserts as I received both of mine from different area codes with the same doctors name attached a day apart from each other. I call BS here!
