I received the same call claiming there was a complaint against me. How do I block it?

I got a call from this number claiming they had a complaint about me. When I mentioned my lawyer the person hung up.

I am receiving calls for Patrick Snyder who had this number over 7 years ago for collections. I'm getting phone calls at all times when I return the calls the people are [***] about it and I have had enough you will be hearing from our lawyer then we will see who gets the apology.
