Voicemail states it has documents showing that a complaint has been lodged against me.  It assigns a "case number" and says that I should call to "make a voluntary statement" "or find out what the nature of the complaint is.  I am a respectable 69 year old woman, employed, paying my bills, etc.  I am not in any legal difficulty, nor am I delinquent in paying my debts. I do not live in Colorado.  I get these sorts of calls all the time, probably because I am perceived as an "old lady" who may be gullible or easily scared, and likely to pay a sum of money without verifying that the claim is genuine.  Sometimes, I notify the caller that he/she is a scammer and can't fool me.  Sometimes, I hang up.  And often, I inform a consumer protection organization or a state attorney general's office or the federal attorney general's office.  Beware, scammers. You don't scare me, and you may find that I can put YOU into a scary situation, such as being charged with a federal crime.  Go away and stop trying to defraud people.

Got a call from this number a woman answered and said management department so I will tell u this is a scam. Asked what my number was and asked if this was and said my name I said yes it is what do u want she said there was a case against me for adebt I owed and I said yea right I work in an attorneys office fax me the papers and let me see the documents and she then hung up on me .

Rec'd message from this number regarding a "complaint" against me.  Second call with the same message left a little more than an hour apart from two different phone numbers (the other is 415-549-8951) telling me to call 888-557-1980.

I hate this scamming.  My phone seems to always go off with them and then they keep changing their numbers to keep the scam going.

I just received a call from 720-403-9491 left voice message someone filed complaint against me. I called the number and a voice message of a man stating to leave your case number, phone and name. I'm glad I googled this number it appears it's a
scam. People please do not give out personal information or credit card numbers.

Received a call from this number that went to voicemail. The number (888-327-3858) that the message said to call back for more information about the matter was a mobile number that traces back to the state of Tamil Nadu in India. Scammers!!! Please don't fall for this.
