This number keeps calling me and hanging up, so I traced the number to somewhere around the Denver area and it's a T Mobile cell phone, so I am about to deal with it myself!

Keeps calling. Tried to call back - heavy breathing on phone and then mailbox full. I'll report the number although I do not think he will stop calling.

I too keep receiving calls from this number, no one on the other end. Called back and also hear the heavy breathing.
