Digital Caller ID showed this 720-386-2946 belonging to FAXHALT. It sent a fax ad for Green World Construction (a Chicago roofing company) spoofing 855-901-8883 as the fax Caller ID, which was also the Opt-Out telephone number. The Opt-Out fax number in the ad is 877-330-7785. Oh my, so many numbers to add you to more phone lists if you call or fax to opt out.
