the identifier said faxhalt. it tried to attach to a fax machine. When called back the recording isthe usual, press one.  It says it offers special promotions, so the calls are illegal if on the do not call list as i am. they do not care.  I dentify companies say they are in Georgetown Colo. I did not pay to find out more.
