Called several times without leaving a message. I answered today. Female said she was with civil division and wants to serve papers tomorrow between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. I said I would not be home and she could not say who "papers" were from or who they were intended for.

This is an unscrupulous Collection agency called GOODMAN and Associates in the Denver Colorado area, calling numbers randomly with random names informing the caller that this is a call from the civil courts division for (Pick an name and number from the hat) Will you be home tomorrow from 8 AM to 5 PM your time.. to be served with civil papers.....Process servers do NOT call in advance or from out of state it is ilegal

I have recieved a call from this number and some of my family members as well.I was told that someone needed to be at my residents to receive legal papers between the hours of 9am and 4pm.I will be placing this number on the do not call list!
