Left a message saying a complaint was filed . Saying papers will be sent to my home & place of business ! !

They left a message. They just start saying a complaint has been made & process papers will be delivered to home or job w/o identifying themselves or asking for a certain person by name. They also stated will only attempt to deliver process papers 2 times.

Total scam. You never get a heads up you'll be served - that would defeat the purpose of catching you by surprise.  Interesting what Whitepages says about this: http://www.whitepages.com/phone/1-720-370-5530

Called me again today. This time the story was different: they are looking for my spouse (used a nickname, not legal name) about a possible legal matter. The woman sounded like she was reading a script. There was a lot of noise in the background, like she was calling from a busy restaurant

Called @ 1:00 PM stating they had a package to deliver and to call 720-370-5530----so I didn't !!!  Caller ID says Denver Colorado. This is definitely a scam.

Scammers it says about complaint and to call for to call for ID in order to deliver documents.  Don't answer it's a waste of time.
