"Firm" offering to purchase our Time Share

We received a call today from Javier asking to purchase our timeshare as well.

Kevin Ramirez contacted me saying that he has a buyer who is willing to purchase my timeshare for double the asking price! Gave me his license broker number, which traced back to a Kevin Ramirez, who had worked for a different company. Called that company, they said he no longer works with them. Did research on a website, the site is only 53 days old. Company is not BBB accredited. Physical location in colorado does not exist. Wesbite domain is owned by a Karlos Ponces in Mexico!

Just received an unsolicited offer from Alexander Smith - Smith & Sons Investment Consultants to purchase our mexico timeshare......gave me his license number.  Website traced to a location in Mexico.  Smith & Sons is "supposedly" a Denver, Colorado company.
