Seven calls over the past five evenings. Called back, got a message stating they were taking a "poll" and that "you will be contacted again." I left a message stating I am (and have been) on the DNC list and that their number has been reported. Doing more research.

If they are truly conducting a poll and there is no sales pitch or an attempt to get you to agree to a follow up sales call then they are not required to check against the DNC list before calling.  Chances are very good they are not even registered and so have no access to the DNC list and if simply a polling company they cannot register.

800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either or remove from a list.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Charities, along with some Survey's and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC
