Also got this call on 12/9/16; seemed to be a one or two day 'blitz' using this number before they moved on. Called a PRIVATE, UNLISTED BUSINESS-issued East Coast Company Cell - for INTERNAL use. Did not ans.; no VM left. This would not be the first way a potential client would contact us. Knew it was spam; glad to find out it was the tired old "Lower Your Interest Rates" CREDIT CARD PHISHING Scam.
