This is a SCAM call, lower your interest rate, last chance, same people that call everyday for the last 3 years from different numbers, this number is very close to my own number, it's tied to 'ann with card services,' they get paid to dial your number whether you pick up or not, no amount of reporting can fix it, hopefully they make this illegal so it will stop because as of now they are only getting a slap on the wrist and paying a small fine. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY CREDIT CARD INFO, that will only make it worse.
