some guy with omni sounded like he was just fishing for information.....

If you were called, it was because of a tax lien filed against your business.  This company is a private law firm that helped my company reduce and resolve a huge back tax bill.  I do not know if we would still be in business if I did not take that call.

The IRS was about to levy my account.

Sean wanted to help me with my problem.  The problem I didn't know I had.  He sounds like a stoner.  He wanted to help me with my tax lien.  Kids, this is the kind of job you get when you skip half of your classes.
