Called and mis represented himself as an IRS agent.

Said his name was Josh Cruz.

Fraudulent an unlawful activity

Got a message to return a call to Josh Cruz at this number.  He is very rude.  I told him I was an attorney, which I am, and returning the call on behalf of my client.  He represented himself as an "enrolled agent" who was sending a subpoena to my client.  He would not give any information except to threaten his subpoenas and warrants.  He appears to be a scam.

I got the same call.  I'm a CPA and the IRS will never contact a taxpayer via the phone concerning a federal tax lien.  If you have received a notice via mail from the IRS, contact a CPA or a tax attorney to assist you.  Do not give Josh Cruz any information and hang up immediately if he calls you.

refused to identify himself - said works with "enrolled agents of the IRS" - asked for owner (not available) - asked for supervisor - I said I'm it - wanted to talk to my supervisor - I'm it.  Refused to identify himself by name - asked the name of his company four times - no response - this is a scam

This man is beyond rude and attempts to be intimidating on the phone.  Insists that he must talk to the owner and practically refused to get off the phone.  Wanted to set up an appointment to talk to the owner and when I said no, he began talking-almost yelling- at me.  I hung up immediately.
