I received a call from someone stating that someone will be dispatched to my place of employment and my home for some documents, Don Stevens from Lorain County for notice of intent. for docket number 746-640. I have not done anything wrong and would like this reported.

800notes can't report this - only you can.  Report the caller to your state Attorney General - www.naag.org - you can find your state AG here.  You may also wish to call your local police and make a report.  If these losers call you back, let them know you've reported them to the state AG as well as local law enforcement.

BTW: it's an obvious scam attempt because real process servers do NOT call ahead of time - they just show up.
